About the Artist


  Thomís love for art began when he took a correspondence course, and then enrolled in Art School at The University of Toledo.  He began to show his work in 1967.

  He has shown at many outdoor art shows including  ĎArt ON The Mall'   and Crosby.

  He has been accepted at the Toledo Area Artists exhibition at TMA six times, selling pieces there twice. One of his works was published in the Monroe Evening News, 2004.

  One of his paintings was reproduced in Phoenix Home and Gardens Magazine,
and he was commissioned  to do a frog  by Fifth Third Bank for their downtown Toledo office in 2001.

  In addition, he has designed and painted scenery for the Toledo Opera.     

  He has had two one-man shows,  been selected to be a juror,  and is always
interested in using his knowledge and
expertise to do more.

  He is currently represented by The American Gallery of Sylvania, Ohio
